Processing & Shipping

• Order Processing: Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be processed before shipping.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

• Simply Elegant Darling partners with Printify, a print-on-demand company, meaning all products are made-to-order and unique. As a result, returns and exchanges are not available if an incorrect size, color, or change of mind occurs.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days of product delivery with clear photo proof. Please contact us through the "Submit Issue" form to start the process.

• Order Issues: Printify is not responsible for incorrect size or color selection by the customer. In cases of unsuccessful delivery, customers can request a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund.

• Minor variations (up to 0.5") in print placement are not considered defects.
